Available knives:

1. Gyuto

  • Handforged blade from 80CrV2 high carbon steel. Blade is measuring at 193mm x 50mm x 2,7mm. Rounded and polished spine and choil, slight convex grind and a distal taper. Very thin edge for high performance ~61hrc
  • The faceted handle is made from ebony and stabilized spalted beech. Measuring at 111mm long.
  • Price: 400€ + shipping (10€ Finland, 20€ EU, 40€ anywhere else)

2. Viri

  • Handforged blade with a unique twist damascus pattern from 80CrV2 and 15N20 high carbon steels. Blade is measuring at 121mm x 25mm x 4mm. Flat V grind and a small swedge. ~61hrc
  • Handle is made from ebony and aged brass. Bolster and handle have a museum fit (handle is proud of the bolster). Measuring at around 123mm long.
  • Hand stitched sheath from veg tanned cow leather.
  • Price: 900€ + shipping (10€ Finland, 20€ EU, 40€ anywhere else)

3. Dagger

  • Dagger with crushed W’s feather damascus.
  • Take down construction.
  • The blade is made from 15n20 and stenco leuku steels.
  • Blade is measuring 267mm long, 29mm wide and 7mm thick. Hollow ground bevels with a 200mm radius.
  • Wrought iron guard and pommel.
  • Damascus spacer.
  • 91mm long carved ebony handle. Over all handle grip is 125mm.
  • Mild steel pommel nut.
  • Overall length is 421mm.
  • Weighs 460 grams.
