Right of withdrawal and returns
Stock products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return and exchange from the moment the customer receives the product.
The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and carefully packaged.

The right of return does not apply to custom-made products that have been made according to the customer's wishes (for example, with special dimensions, engravings or other individual features).

The return must be notified within 14 days of receiving the product by email to mlcustomknives@gmail.com

Return instructions
Please contact us by email before returning so that we can agree on the details.
Pack the product carefully so that it is not damaged in transit.
Include your name, contact information and order number.
The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.

Return of a faulty or incorrect product
If you have received the wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately by email.
We will replace the product or refund it once the return has been processed.
All products are carefully inspected before shipping, but due to the nature of craftsmanship, slight differences between products are normal.

Refund
We will refund the price of the returned product to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.
